Did you know that in Texas the most common Flea is the Ctenocephalides felis or the Cat Flea. These fleas are found on cats, dogs, rats, racoons and many other rodents. In order to combat fleas one must treat both the pet and the flea breeding area… ie…yard, sleeping areas, carpet, bedding and housing areas. Your pet cannot scream for help, but their endless scratching, biting and rubbing is a sure sign of fleas.
